Everyone in the office were so helpful in guiding us through the process and being very patient when it came to viewing properties. Never did we feel 'under pressure". In our case, we were particularly drawn to the video of our property which was not the usual slide show of the images we had already seen, but a proper walk around video which gave more detail and showed us more than the images. Josh has been excellent throughout the process. He’s friendly, professional and genuinely helpful, and always quick to respond to any questions or queries. Nothing has seemed too much trouble, and he’s been proactive in keeping things moving and keeping us updated. The agency itself has also been very responsive calls are answered promptly rather than disappearing to voicemail, and they do what they say they will. Overall, a very positive experience and refreshing to deal with people who communicate so well.
