Karen Morris and her team (Cheryl) in Windsor have been fantastic helping me re-let my house in Windsor. I've used Frost for years and always had good service but this time the support and advice from them was exceptional. We started our moving plans just before Covid so things were very protracted and there were some hold ups buying into a new build property.Franky Vicars dealt with us throughout starting with viewings and the ensuing difficulties. Frost partnership represented the house we were viewing (and have now bought) and it was hands down a great experience with them. As any first time buyers would agree, buying a house is super stressful and complicated. Emma was looking after us and was a breath of fresh air. No pressurised phone calls or game playing. It was straight, honest and polite conversations throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond when it came to sending over correspondence with the sellers and having had some communications from estate agents from other agencies, we were really fortunate we had her as our middle man (woman). Andrew helped us aswell at the very end as was completely informed of the progress of the porperty and was given a proper handover while Emma was on leave. In general, everyone at the Amersham branch were great and were always patient with requests from both sides. Would definitely recommend using them!
