We finally sold our flat in Jan this year , after having an offer accepted back in Feb 17! We did not foresee the problems that would come up with the lease on our flat which meant a very long an stressful year of sorting it all out , while trying to keep our buyers on board. Emily was our agent at James Pendleton and she did a sterling job! She worked her socks off to help keep our buyers in place, constantly went above and beyond to get things done to help quicken the process, she made what was possibly the most stressful experience I have ever been through that bit easier. Our buyers are finally in their new home and my partner and are very happy in our new home. She deserved every penny of her commission and would recommend them to anyone.
