Sold my house with Frost after having no success with another agency. I feel Frost gave honest advice and feedback when it came to viewings. They were really proactive and reliable when it came to all facets of the sale process. As we all know the process is stressful, and Frost did such a good job at working as an intermediary, and keeping all parties involved up to date. Would absolutely recommend - and special shout out to Jackie and Trevor - thanks to you both!

Having recently purchased a property in Amersham, I cannot praise Graham and the Frost team enough. It was a very complex and difficult sale and we honestly could not have completed without Graham's help and support throughout. From day one we were kept in the loop about all goings on, had any and all questions answered and Graham really went over and above to accommodate some very temperamental sellers. I recently brought a house and sold a flat through Amersham and Flackwell Heath branches of Frost Estate Agents. To be honest I was apprehensive at first previously hearing bad press about estate agents in general. Thankfully I had an excellent experience with Frost Estate Agents, Naomi Forward, Senior Sales and Lettings Negotiator at the Flackwell Heath branch went above and beyond my expectations. She really was exceptional, fantastic communication and speed to support and respond. Frequently communicating between two branches, myself and buyer. Highly recommended.

Having purchased my flat through Frosts ten years ago and rented through them for the last five years, it was only natural to sell through them as well. Great team and very supportive. Graham was extremely helpful and honest throughout the sales process.
