My husband and I were buying for the first time via James Pendleton, and dealt with Ed Whyte throughout the process. Ed went out of his way to accommodate and help us, including ensuring all parties were kept up-to-date with the various Covid-related delays and difficulties. Ed was professional and delightful to speak to, always available, and gave us a number of tips and recommendations (including for surveyors) which helped to smooth our buying process. I would thoroughly recommend Ed and his team.
