We retained Ed Whyte at James Pendleton to sell our house near Wandsworth Common. Moving house during a global pandemic was never going to be easy but Ed made the process as smooth as it possibly could be. We were of course delighted by the great price he secured for our house sale but much more than this his calm organised approach with all parties at every level of the chain especially when things were going wrong or were delayed undoubtedly kept the transaction on track.
