I purchased a property through mark at fine and country and had a highly problematic chain, Of all the estate agents (of which there are lots) I have dealt with mark was the most transparent, helpful and proactive. If another estate agent was dealing with our purchase it would likely not have got done. He always had time to talk, went out of his way to help the process (even with the chain below me) and was incredibly fair throughout when negotiating a myriad of associated things to do with the purchase.
