We've just completed on our purchase through Manning, and I have to say they genuinely impressed us throughout the process. Our viewing was handled by Jenny, who came thoroughly prepared and was able to answer detailed questions on the spot; boiler warranty, window replacements, when the electrics were last done, and roof work. There was one small inaccuracy regarding the attic boarding, though I suspect this was simply a mix-up with another property rather than anything intentional. Once we put in an offer, the team were attentive and proactive at every stage, with very little need for us to chase - which, as anyone who's bought a house knows, is a genuine luxury. When our chain broke down in December it was obviously a frustrating time, but Evie was exceptional. She kept us regularly updated, chased information on our behalf, and handled my disappointment with real patience and professionalism. Once things got moving again, Charlotte took over and was an absolute pleasure to deal with - thorough, helpful, and reassuringly on top of everything right through to completion. A really strong team. Would not hesitate to recommend. They have also put us with Levi Solicitors to work with through the process who were really great and would also reccomend.
