As a first-time buyer, I was quite nervous about the viewing, especially as I attended with my family including one member with a disability. Ali immediately put us at ease with his kindness, patience, and professionalism. He took the time to answer all our questions, was very considerate of my dad's needs, and never rushed us while viewing the property. He clearly explained the next steps and made the whole experience much less stressful. Ali is a real asset to David Conway, and I'm very grateful for the excellent service he provided and having him as part of our journey to first new home. Thank you, Ali!
