Initially I called and was rudely told I can’t view the property as I did not speak to their mortgage advisor, they were trying to push that on me but I refused. I reached out again and was able to book the viewing through a different agent and finally put an offer down on the property. Bryony Crookes has been helping through the initial steps and made the steps smooth. Aside from their policy of declining viewings without speaking to mortgage advisor the rest of the experience has been pleasant.
