Mark and his team looked after me so well throughout the whole process and I am very grateful. I would like to make a special mention however about Thomas, who was such an excellent support and showed nothing but kindness and patience during what was a very stressful time in my life. He helped to explain things clearly and was always at the end of the phone to help me with any query no matter how big or small.
