I have been a landlord with Brockenhust for over 3 years now and although initially there were some hiccups they have vastly improved on their customer service and most importantly on their communication. I must mention Lou has been instrumental in providing a clear and efficient service. She is always happy to help and so professional. I am impressed with the turn around of how they have vastly improved on their service. Any issues with the property are promply highlighted and delt with. They also offer solutions when it comes to maintenance issues and yearly gas certification. I am a happy customer now and we will continue to use them going forward. I can rely on their professionalism and have the piece of mind that my property is well managed and looked after.
