A bit late posting this, but just wanted to say that the whole team at Oulsnam Bournville were just the best when we bought through them recently. Lovely people, super communicative & plain speaking (no jargon!) They helped us navigate quite a tricky purchase due to probate and renegotiations after the survey, but it felt like they weren’t taking sides but trying to ensure a fair outcome for all. Highly recommended, though we have no intention of selling the lovely house we bought from them and are in the process of renovating. 5 stars all round thanks 🙏
