Aghhh, a house purchase! Like trying to navigate the Niagara rapids in a skiff with no paddles! You never know when you’ll hit a rock, or get flipped into the rushing water to meet your peril at the falls edge. Not so for me! Oulsnam provided ample support and helped negotiate the unexpected bumps and scrapes when they appeared. All this during lockdown too! If Rachel was the life-jacket, then Samantha was the oars; helping me navigate the turbulence and leading onward to still and calm waters. So, thanks to the staff for my lovely new home.
