All of the staff at the Bournville branch were always helpful and professional in all of my dealings, whether via email, on the phone or face to face. I was kept fully informed about every viewing and the outcome, Once a sale had been agreed, I received regular updates on progress and it was clear that staff took the initiative when dealing with either my own or the buyers solicitors. In particular I would like to mention Rachel who was always honest in terms of managing expectations during covid, through the process of selling my father's flat. thank you.
