I recently bought & sold through Oulsnam, Bournville. Wonderful team there- always responded to my questions, made me feel a valued customer and they had time for me whatever the query. They even answer the phone! Emma is brilliant, very knowledgable, patient and calm. With her support, I found what could have been a very stressful process, to be easy to navigate.
