I would like to express we are so glad about our experience renting with Kingshills Estate Agents. We were little bit sad about other Letting Agencies, considering too much bureaucracy, lack of flexibility on viewing the properties, sometimes late for answering our requests. I must say, from the start to the finish of my renting experience with James exceeded my expectations. As a first time renter, my friends said that dealing with agencies; if you could reach them, would be depressing. Well, I have found an agency that proved them wrong. James was friendly, informative, prompt to respond to my questions, always kept me updated on the progress and worked with me to rent my first home. Dale who did the inventory visit was very helpful and friendly. He went through each room and explained what I needed to know about the flat.
