I would like to express we are so glad about our experience renting with Kingshills Estate Agents. We were little bit sad about other Letting Agencies, considering too much bureaucracy, lack of flexibility on viewing the properties, sometimes late for answering our requests. After finding one property at Kingshills website, we were in touch with them and our experience was incredibly great. Firstly, their website is updated what is important and save our time. Secondly the pictures are real and shows exactly the property´s condition (we had bad impressions in others Agencies). Thirdly, they are interested in help you finding your property and they were available all the time whilst our whole process. James Charlton, was friendly, available and diligent. I was impressed by his approach and professionalism. All the e-mails we exchanged were very fast and clear. For the last, the system (website GoodLord) we used to upload our documents for our renting process, was amazing. I´m System Analyst, so I know the framework behind the process. Everything well managed, the workflow fast and controlled, all interactions registered and with push method what help we save time. Perfect! I´m sure in recommending.
