Steve Grace heads up a professional and very experienced team with great local knowledge and connections. Therefore, even before the Facebook promotiinal video and the interactive walk-through link in their website was created and released, we had bookings from their list of eager buyers. Once these excellently produced promotional materials were officially launched and picked up by several national estate agents as well, there was a flurry of bookings and interested parties. Kingshills advised a sealed bid which produced an offer £15000 above the asking price barely 2 weeks after launch. I was recommended Kingshills by a friend and as soon as Steve showed us the fantastic photos & video I knew we had made the right choice. Katie and Steve were very responsive to all our questions and immediately gave feedback after viewings which is something that doesn’t seem to happen with other agents. Our sale was stressful at times but Katie excelled at moving things forward. I would not hesitate to recommend Kingshills to anyone.
