I must say, from the start to the finish of my renting experience with James exceeded my expectations. As a first time renter, my friends said that dealing with agencies; if you could reach them, would be depressing. Well, I have found an agency that proved them wrong. James was friendly, informative, prompt to respond to my questions, always kept me updated on the progress and worked with me to rent my first home. Dale who did the inventory visit was very helpful and friendly. He went through each room and explained what I needed to know about the flat. The landlords did a fantastic job before presenting this flat on the market. And, I had viewed a lot of places before I found this. For me, it was perfect, affordable and clean. A wonderful space. Everything was beyond my expectations and I have recommended them already to a work colleague. A heart felt thank you to the pleasant, experienced professionals. I just ask you to keep up this standard.
