To say I was a blubbering wreck the first time James Charlton from the lettings team met me is an understatement! I don’t believe in knights in shining armour but if ever there was one, it would be him. From day one James has made me feel like his priority. Kingshills lettings were amazing in helping my fiance move flat at really short notice. We had only a couple of days to make the move. James at Kingshills was amazing in helping us- he was able to send video viewings, to help us make the quick decision. James also was really helpful, in explaining everything to us, and being so responsive in answering any questions we had. He completed all the paperwork really quickly to help us.
