John and I dealt mainly with Karen at the Addlestone branch of Hodders. Although we were not Hodders' clients, but buying a home through them, we found Karen very helpful. I found Karen very sympathetic and supportive through some very stressful times and would definitely choose Hodders when we sell our home. Karen 'phoned our estate agents and solicitors many times to move the chain forward. We think the chain might very well have broken down without her active support. I did break down at times! I have just used Hodders Estate Agents in Addlestone and I have been extremely impressed with their service, professionalism and efficiency. I had complete faith in Karen the manager when I met her originally and Karen and her team have been fantastic throughout this sale. Each time I called the office the staff went out of their way to make sure that my question was dealt with and everyone I had any contact with were both friendly and helpful, especially my dealings with Hope and Robert.
