John and I dealt mainly with Karen at the Addlestone branch of Hodders. Although we were not Hodders' clients, but buying a home through them, we found Karen very helpful. I found Karen very sympathetic and supportive through some very stressful times and would definitely choose Hodders when we sell our home. Karen 'phoned our estate agents and solicitors many times to move the chain forward. We think the chain might very well have broken down without her active support. I did break down at times! The other team members, including Matt at the Chertsey branch, were also very helpful. Caroline and John :) very happy in their new home in Addlestone/Chertsey.
