We brought our first home back in the summer last year and Hodders were brilliant. Myself and my partner made an offer on a flat in a new development but lost out, we explained in detail our criteria to Chris and with a few days he phoned us to say something suitable was re-available. We saw it straight away and made an offer then and there. The flat was perfect for us and it was wonderful that Chris took on board our criteria in such detail. We had a lengthy process to start with with paperwork to which the Hodders team were very patient. During the process we had a few major questions raised regarding forms and the help to buy scheme and I contacted Danielle Perry who dealt with the issues immediately and had it resolved within a few short days. Having worked in Estate Agency myself I know how crucial time management was and she was superb with our requests. On completion Danielle met us at the flat and handed us the keys with a bottle of Hodders Prosecco which was a nice touch. We won't be selling for a long time but when we do, we would certainly go back to Chris and the team.
