Not at all pushy and always willing to do just a little extra to make the whole experience just a touch less stressful and oil the wheels. Even on the few occasions he was temporarily unavailable on the phone, other members of the team had all the answers. In the end, selling our home proved to be almost impossibly seamless. What a rush.
