I am so greatful to have Veronica assigned as my letting agent contact. Veronica is extremely helpful, friendly and prompt at replying to any queries I have. She recently went above and beyond to help us extend our lease at very very short notice. Roseanne Ampofo was my Property Agent for only one month - unfortunately for me as she was the best of all three Agents I had in the 2 and a half years I leased off Life. Although she took over her role about a month before I vacated my property, she was efficient, responsive and very understanding. She was nice to deal with and brought a intelligence and sophistication to her communication, be it over the phone or via email. Whoever has her assigned to their property is fortunate to work with her.
