Ellie is simply the best property manager I have ever met! Everything she does is so efficient, and she always sees things through to the very end. She is very polite as well. I simply cannot fault her at all. My flat was undergoing some insurance claims, and it was a painful and slow process, but Ellie kept it all under control, and kept me updated throughout. I would recommend her to anyone.

Shadey was extremely helpful and organized viewing of our properties at a very short notice. He communicated with Life Residential's other office in order to ensure that we are able to view our properties as we were in the UK for a very short time. He was also very helpful and knowledgeable about the London Rental and general property market. I was pleasantly surprised with his professionalism and general approach in handling the rental of one of our properties with very minimum vacant period.
