Well Lord Cobblah basically served about the best customer service i've ever recieved. I had quite a bit of complication with my process but Lord was always available, extremely patient and forever willing to help! His communication skill is amazing, i've lost count of the numerous times i had to call him for one thing or the other and if he misses the call, i was definitely sure of a call back. While he was away on holiday, i had the option to speak to someone else but decided to wait till he got back as his service is really impeccable! Definitely, definitely would without blinking recommend him to anyone looking for an accommodation as i am yet to meet a better agent.

From Monday early afternoon until Friday afternoon everything was sorted and ready to move in! I definitely was overbearing as was under pressure to move out until Saturday, But with Ed's and administrations teams help everything was sorted out. smoothly! And I must say I do not know how he kept his calm with being extremely busy with all the new tenants! it was my first time to rent such new property with my partner and it was the most pleasant and quickest experience!
