I recently purchased a property from here and all the staff were incredibly helpful, especially Tom Moss. He was exceptionally helpful and guided us through every step to make sure the process went as smooth as possible.

Tom went above and beyond the call of duty to deliver impeccable service and a swift sale was achieved. I live in Scotland and the team at Mortimers held keys and arranged viewings as well as providing someone to give the house a good clean so my experience was hassle free.

There was a small issue that occurred, that wasn't anything to do with her, but she apologised even when she didn't have to. Which just highlights her sympathetic nature and thorough understanding of the stresses of moving. The moment Chloe got involved our stress levels more than halved, so I couldn't speak highly enough of her.
