Can't fault their service, excellent from the off. Explained everything clearly, talked about options & advice on how to get best price possible. Waol was an absolute star. We had the misfortune to see the initial sale fall through but she was able to source a new improved offer even before giving us the bad news. It softened the blow greatly at what could have been a very stressful time.
