We had a brilliant experience working with Emily, from our first viewing to the day we got the keys, she was proactive, transparent, and genuinely on our side. Communication was second to none, calls and emails were answered quickly, and updates came before we even had to ask. If I had any questions I knew I could drop her an email and she would reply fast with an answer, or managed to find out how to get me an answer through her hard work and dedication.
