Recently bought a home through Mortimers, from start to finish it took three months, from getting a mortgage with their Mortgage advisor, to getting the keys. Grace has been amazing throughout this entire process, easily reachable via phone, and made the entire process so much easier for us. living in an era of Emails, it was nice to have someone on the other end of the phone to keep us in the loop. so thankyou from both of us for that. :)
