Could not fault the service

We sold our house through Breckon & Breckon in the summer of 2015. While not the cheapest of the agents we had through the door, we felt comfortable and confident with the service we would receive. This was confirmed with the high quality of the house details produced, the level of communication and the above asking price offers we received within a week of going on the market. They pushed through the sale, and gave us great support when the chain started to stagnate slightly and were the driving force in getting everything completed. Rachel was our main contact but we had brilliant service from all members of staff. Could not recommend highly enough.

Having spent a considerable amount of time with other agencies with very mixed results I contacted Breckon and Breckon who where extremely professional, courteous and within only a matter of days had found me an amazing new home. First Class Service

We've worked with quite a lot of estate and lettings agents over the years and the team at Breckon & Breckon are by far the best. Their level of service is what other agencies should aspire to; straightforward, reliable and knowledgeable. They made the whole buying, selling and letting processes much simpler and have taken a lot of the stress out of it for us. Above all though, they are simply lovely people to work with. Excellent service from start to finish with a high level of personal service

We can't fault Breckon and Breckon who dealt with the sale of our property. At times this was very stressful as our buyer lost their buyer twice, but Rachel's ever calm and confident manner kept us on an even keel. When Rachel wasn't available Andrew knew exactly what was going on at all times and was able to step in. In the end they got the sale through and did more for our buyer than their own agent did - I am sure they will choose Breckon next time too! They gave the impression that they were only dealing with our sale (which of course was not the case) given the high level of professionalism and personal service they gave at all times. Professionalism of the staff

Everyone that I have been in contact with in the last 18 months from purchase of properties to their letting have been smooth as possible. The staff are helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Their professional approach, guidance and seeing tasks to fruition are greatly appreciated. More importantly, I feel I can trust them to do a good job.

I have sold my flat and bought a house recently. The house was in a chain and the whole process turned out to be far more complicated than I've ever imagined. But thanks to Andrew and his team every issue was solved. I felt that the service I got from the team was personal. From the start to end I dealt with the same people Andrew and Rachel, I could contact them any time by phone or email, the replies to the emails came promptly. Whenever I had questions or requests they were dealt with quickly. When I needed advice I got very useful, honest ones.
