Estate Agent

Breckon & Breckon manage my property and provide excellent service. Not only do they support the tenants, they are always at the end of the phone if I have any questions.. I have been with them for the last two years and would recommend them to anybody looking for their property to be managed.

Enthusiastic and competent service

My wife and I had previously let a property in the Abingdon area with another agent. On this occasion we were recommended to try Breckon & Breckon and have been greatly impressed by the enthusiasm combined with practicality and competence of their Lettings Manager Kathryn Wilson. Property satisfactorily let within a short period, and all handled very professionally.

Great service

I have lived in my rented accommodation for over 2 years and very happy with the service from Breckon & Breckon. They helped me negotiate a flexible contract when a house purchase was delayed at the last minute.

Exemplary and friendly service as letting agents.

Breckon & Breckon have acted as letting agents for our newly built flat in Abingdon. They not only found a tenant before the flat was ready but have dealt with all the problems that arose after the tenant moved in with patience and, where necessary, persistence. We are happy to recommend them as letting agents.

our lovely new home.a move made simple and friendly by breckon and breckon

Im rating as a tenant who found property through breckon and breckon. We are a young couple,and It was our first time using an estate agent. we saw a property advertised and were shown round by breckons lovely agent kathryn wilson. we loved the property and as soon as we got the ball rolling kathyrn helped us all the way explaining everything from the tenancy agreement and through paperwork he had never dealt with before. kathryn and her team were friendly,welcoming,and very professional and would happily recommend them to any one looking to buy or rent in the abingdon/oxfordshire area.

Selling

My mother put her cottage on the market as she wanted to down size and after making the decision we had three estate agents to come and view her home. We were very impressed with the professionalism and politeness of Breckon and Breckon and therefore decided to go with them. We were glad we did as nothing seems to be straight forward when selling a property but Andrew and Rachel were fantastic in resolving issues quickly and were very reassuring with my mother of eighty one years. Needless to say the property was sold in double quick time with minimal hassle.

Highly recommend

The customer service was professional and they kept us up to date all the way to completion which made us feel confident and less stressed. Rental Property

Breckon and Breckon manage our rental property and we couldn't be happier. They provide an excellent service to both landlords and tenants.
