Will Three into Two workout?

The process was very well managed from start to finish. It will be sad to leave our current home where we have lived for 33 years, however it will be nice to move into a single storey property, time will tell. In particular I would like to commend Wayne Keenan for being a very friendly and helpful person.

Let's be honest, the process of selling (or buying) a home in England was designed to create as much stress and confusion as possible. The very best of luck if you're about to go through it. I switched to Breckon and Breckon after initially using another agency, on the strength of Wayne's knowledge and personality. B&B got me an offer which (although it was lower than we expected) I was happy to accept within days. The rest of the process took around 3m to completion. Although I only gave 3 stars for the speed of transaction, the delays were caused by other parties within the chain. Ellie and Wayne (and my conveyencer, Keshia at Trueman's in Oxford) were constantly on the case, and if things didn't go as quickly as I would have liked, at least I knew why. So thanks Wayne and Ellie, for going above and beyond and getting this transaction over the line. It was a pleasure dealing with you, and you navigated the sale through an incredibly tortuous process!
