I went to a few viewings through Beckon and Breckon Abingdon and found their manner very professional and knowledgable. I was persuaded to view a house which I had previously dismissed. We ended up buying the house and thank Andrew for making this process go well. We decided to use Breckon and Breckon to sell our house. From the start of the process of selling our house and buying the new one, both Andrew and Rachel were friendly, supportive and efficient. They kept us regularly updated with how the sale and purchase were proceeding. Both went above and beyond the call of duty; nothing was too much trouble. Exceptional Help from Breckon & Breckon in Selling our House

Rachel and Andrew (and staff in Abingdon office) carried us through our house purchase in a most professional, helpful and pleasant way. When carrying out viewings, they always ensured best appearances (of the property and of themselves). They showed patience, rather than hurriedly persuading us to reduce the asking price. When we had an offer and had difficulty getting replies to our offers for our house purchase, in London (through a different estate agent), Andrew aided us in pushing the sellers to respond. When, later, we had .problems with the chain including our buyer, they were active in making the chain work and come to completion. In other words, they did more than merely put up our house for sale.
