Excellent Service
Kathryn Wilson provides me with a first class service, not only on a personal level as Breckon & Breckon let my own apartment, but on a professional level as she is the main interface between Breckon & Breckon and the Old Gaol. Through her professionalism and hard work, she has earned herself an excellent reputation with residents living in the development and through this Breckon & Breckon now have the monopoly of rentals at the Old Gaol, including several from the Developer's portfolio.

Best estate agents we've come across
Having looked around many houses prior to finding and exchanging on this one, we have met several estate agents and companies over recent months. Lauren and Andrew were by far the most professional, easy to get hold of, responsive and friendly we have met. No doubt about it. Thanks for making the whole process such a breeze. Very smooth purchase
Lauren Miller acted as the agent for the purchase of our second home. They genuinely care
It's been a wonderful surprise to be able rent through an agent that goes out of its way to look after the needs of its tenants; I'm sure this is in no small part due to Kathryn. Any niggles and changes we've met along the way have been dealt with quickly and efficiently in a way that fits in with my own needs and arrangements. I wouldn't think of going to anyone else.

I would like to say Kathryn at the Abingdon branch is a very helpful individual in all aspects of any property your are interested in. She is very quick to help and reply to any queries you may have. Very friendly, I would recommend her to anyone i knew that was looking for a property.

Excellent, Friendly Service
