Fantastic over all package

I have found Breckon and Breckon to be extremely knowledgeable and also really do their homework. Before they came to view my Mum's house with a view to letting it, they found out which applications had been made on it as Mum's house is a listed building. They could see the potential,came up with some innovative ideas at a realistic budget and were willing to project manage the work that needed to be done. Which for my husband and myself who now live in Lancaster was a huge relief. The are professional as well as genuine and friendly.

Impressively human

My dealings with various estate agents, as buyer, seller and tenant, led me to label estate agents as humourless, unfeeling robots with little empathy, understanding or humanity. However, several months ago I started working with Breckon and Breckon and my illusion was pleasantly shattered. Their staff are pleasant, friendly and - above all - human. It has been a pleasure dealing with them, and I hope to continue to do so in the future. Recommended without hesitation.

Not just an estate agent

Breckon and Breckon were fantastic in aiding the ease of securing our property at a difficult time for our sellers. They have been professional from the moment we viewed the property to the time of completion and beyond. Excellent service

excellent service

we found the whole process of selling very straight forward with lots of help from you and your staff who were always available to answer our questions how ever daft they may have seemed we would have no qualms about recommending you to any one in fact we have already done so with a neighbour of ours whos house you are putting on the market in the new year .
