Personal, empathy, no pressure and a wonderfully effective service

I was absolutely delighted with the service I received from Breckon & Breckon. For once, someone actually listened to what I needed and then helped me find somewhere suitable; not sell me what they had. Every aspect of the process was first rate. I felt in total control of the pace and that my requests were delt with promptly and consummately. Kathryn was the perfect conduit with the landlord enabling a dialogue that was optimistic whilst respectful. I would happily recommend this agency to anyone seeking property for rental or purchase. If there was a six star button I'd press it. Why go anywhere else? Thank you

Very helpful

Agents were very helpful in showing me the property technically outside of opening hours. Also were very helpful the day I took on the property since i was unable to get to Abingdon on the day because I was working elsewhere on business.

Search and find a new apartment in Abingdon

Breckon and Breckon were my first and only "port of call". An excellent and friendly service that continues post the move. Three words sum up the service from Breckon & Breckon lettings; knowledgable, friendly and most importantly professional. Kathyrn Wilson is highly recommended!

Excellent service from valuation to completion

Found all members of staff polite and helpful. All viewings were conducted by either Lauren, Andrew or Rachel with feedback being given the next day or within a few days. The solicitor recommended by Breckon and Breckon was also very good. Having not moved for 38 years we were surprised how smoothly it all went. We would have no hesitation in recommending Breckon and Breckon to anyone wishing to sell their house.

Friendly, knowledgeable and efficient

From start to finish the service was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful Good valuation and worked to achieve the asking price. Put me in contact with a great solicitor. Kept me well informed and helped keep the chain intact.

Helpful, highly professional, friendly, flexible and efficient

Kathryn Wilson of Breckon & Breckon Abingdon provided us with excellent service and support in helping us locate and rent an apartment in Abingdon. Unfailingly courteous, professional and helpful, she made the normally stressful process, much smoother and easier. This was particularly important, as we were re-locating to the UK from abroad. I would recommend Kathry and Brckon & Breckon unhesitatingly to anyone seeking to find a letting in the Abingdon area, and equally any landlord seeking to entrust a property to a letting agent, could hardly do better than to call Kathryn.

I cannot express how happy we were to be delbt with in such a professional and friendly manner, Kathryn Wilson has been bubbly, friendly, enthusiastic from the moment she showed us the property we took on. everything went so smoothly, she has liaised with our landlord and maintenance personnel effectively and the communication has been impeccable so far. We did rent through another agent prior to Breckon & Breckon and comparing the two Breckon & Breckon come out on top at every level. Katheryn, now knowing of our bad experience with the other agent has been fantastic. Also the team in the Abingdon office, answering the telephone are so polite and helpful, always passing on messages even if they are on the sales team rather than lettings.

Helpful and fuss-free
