I was happy with her professionalism and the way she communicates. During the selling period, she has been very helpful and attentive, always responded swiftly to my enquiries, communicated well for viewings and always sent reviews after. While the market was slow, Ali definitely did a great job to help the flat sold.

Decided to place our Aberdeen BTL flat on the market with a proper agent so the property got exposure on the wider property portals, rather than being restricted to the ASPC. All comms with Northwood were good and prompt. Ali Clark (the selling agent) was very helpful and following her advice the property was under offer within a couple of weeks of being advertised. Northwood suggested we use a particular solicitor - who was again excellent and not expensive. Interesting to note that a property in the same development that was for sale, via an Aberdeen legal firm, before ours went on the market, was still for sale after we had completed. In a difficult market, I think that Northwood and Ali gave us that little edge to complete the sale.
