As a new landlord I was very unsure about who to choose as a letting agent. I can only say how relieved I am that I chose Northwood to handle the leasing of my property. The friendly and efficient way they guided me through all aspects of the start-up were first class. Special mention to Nicola Walker, Ashton Hutchison and Leigh Reid for their communications and for always being available to promptly answer the many questions I had. Thank you. I recently sold my flat with Northwood, had a really good experience, Lynn was really helpful throughout, especially when some issues came up with the home report and I was a bit clueless as a first time seller. I got reallly good feedback from Ali after viewings. The flat sold quickly for a good price and I would recommend Northwood to anyone selling in Aberdeen.

As a former tenant with Northwood Aberdeen I feel, with them, it has genuinely been by far the best experience I’ve had with a letting agency! It was refreshing to have the equal level of professional care for both tenant and landlord. Scott Morrison was my main point of contact, he was always very prompt in response with questions and getting maintenance requests filled. From beginning of tenancy - right to the end, everything was plain sailing! Thanks for a great 3+ years 🙌

Alicja and the team at northwood managed our property while it was leased to tenants for almost 4 years.
