I sold my flat recently with Northwood. Overall I thought the service was very good. My main contact was with Ali MacGrory, and I found her to be very quick to respond, eager to help and very nice to deal with. Unfortunately due to market conditions in Aberdeen, the flat took longer than I???d hoped to sell, and sale price was very disappointing, but I don???t think this was down to any issues at the Northwood side. The main drawback is the inability to advertise on ASPC, but a huge benefit for me as a remote landlord and seller was that Northwood were happy to arrange repairs and redecoration works prior to sale. I also rented the flat through Northwood for many years previously, and was always happy with the service provided. Would happily recommend to others.
