Alicja has been very pleasant, polite and professional to deal with, and the descriptions and backgrounds of the potential tenants we received were thorough and very much appreciated to help us select the best tenant. We also appreciated that 'all boxes were ticked' to ensure that the tenancy was secure and legal in every respect. Based on these factors, we would have assigned a 5 star rating. However, it took quite a lot longer to get the property on the market than we would have hoped and would suggest that Northwood could be more proactive in 'chasing' any outstanding paperwork, some of which we'd submitted and had gone astray. Very good service, but maybe a bit more urgency on clients' behalf please

Been using northwood Aberdeen now something Like 6 years as a landlord. I don't know what changed around 2-3 years ago at a guess at northwood but there was a drastic change for the better in the service provided. In the past payments would constantly be late although the Tennant had paid, replies to emails would take a week to come back and some generally poor service, however over the last years I cannot fault them at all and literally everything improved in a massive way never missed a payment on time, basically instant email replies and genuinely very helpful Pete

Northwood Estate Agents, (especially Ali Clark, who has gone above and beyond her role as agent) have been a God send in dealing with the sale of my deceased cousins flat in Dyce. Ali has been a true professional from the first contact. As the executors, living in England, we weren’t able to travel to Dyce as often as we would have liked but Ali kept us informed of any and all changes relevant to the sale, even going in regularly to read the utility meters and liaising with our solicitors. As Estate Agents go I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Thank you all and especially Ali, our job is now done🌺

The service I received from Northwood was extremely good, and I would have no hesitation in recommending them, and Ali, to friends and family. Initial meetings were excellent and my house was marketed quickly, and an offer received after the first viewing. The company was also very helpful in providing tradesmen for a couple of areas I need to address. There was, however, a long delay with the sale and while this was entirely due to the buyer, I did feel that I was chasing for information more than I should have had to. Overall I would give 4.5 out of 5 for the service I received.
