Been using northwood Aberdeen now something Like 6 years as a landlord. I don't know what changed around 2-3 years ago at a guess at northwood but there was a drastic change for the better in the service provided. In the past payments would constantly be late although the Tennant had paid, replies to emails would take a week to come back and some generally poor service, however over the last years I cannot fault them at all and literally everything improved in a massive way never missed a payment on time, basically instant email replies and genuinely very helpful Pete

Northwood Estate Agents, (especially Ali Clark, who has gone above and beyond her role as agent) have been a God send in dealing with the sale of my deceased cousins flat in Dyce. Ali has been a true professional from the first contact. As the executors, living in England, we weren’t able to travel to Dyce as often as we would have liked but Ali kept us informed of any and all changes relevant to the sale, even going in regularly to read the utility meters and liaising with our solicitors. As Estate Agents go I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Thank you all and especially Ali, our job is now done🌺

The service I received from Northwood was extremely good, and I would have no hesitation in recommending them, and Ali, to friends and family. Initial meetings were excellent and my house was marketed quickly, and an offer received after the first viewing. The company was also very helpful in providing tradesmen for a couple of areas I need to address. There was, however, a long delay with the sale and while this was entirely due to the buyer, I did feel that I was chasing for information more than I should have had to. Overall I would give 4.5 out of 5 for the service I received.

As a present tenant, so far very good service from Northwood, professional service with plentiful notice of works to property, professional tours. Goes above just doing the minimum legal requirements of a letting agency, which can be nice. Minor qualms; can sometimes be slow to enact upon maintenance reported through the portal, we've had some minor things that took a while, some issues still never amended, albeit small maintenance points things that didn't truly hamper our standard of living, such as garden damage. In addition, the process of application for tenancy was professional, but also long and pernickety, could have benefitted from less stringent demands. On the whole, so far, very good (Note: REVIEW SCORE SUBJECT TO CHANGE depending upon how the deposit resolution and recompensation stage goes)
