I have been working with Martin and Co Aberdeen for almost 5 years. I am very happy with the service I currently receive. They are very efficient at finding tenants and are always quick to answer my requests and those of my tenants. Renting will always have it's complications but Martin & Co Aberdeen have helped us through difficult patches and have always been available to discuss concerns and find solutions. The current team are really friendly and helpful. They perhaps need to work on the format of monthly invoicing as I would like to see a more user-friendly monthly statement from which I could export the data straight into my own accounts in excel but maybe that is asking too much!!! I would definitely recommend Martin & Co as a letting agent.

The property was not cleaned properly before I moved in. Everything is pretty good in the flat but the boiler issue is persistent. Every month there's an issue with the boiler. They send over an engineer/technician who comes and probably gives no permanent solution. Facing a lot of problems with the boiler and I have a little 11 month baby at home with heating system not working properly.
