We have just rented out our second buy to let property with Martin & Co Aberdeen. Even with a slowed down rental market they were able to provide numerous viewings and get a tenant in quite quickly. The vetting system is great. The service was great as expected. Polite, informative, helpful and eager are many of the traits shown by the team. Thank you to Maxine, Maria and Kelly. I hope our relationship goes from strength to strength.

Stephen Barr has been a great help in securing our property, going above and tailoring super well to our specific needs. My partner and I are both recently self employed which has proved to cause some difficulties but were able to arrange a work around and secure a property we really like. Ideally the requirements for a property would be slighly less strict and a bit more leniant and it would make the experience better. However, I think this also depends on the Landlord.

Everything went smoothly with Martin & Co. From Kelly who gave us an excellent tour of the apartment to Stephen that took care of all the paperwork. The process was quickly and trouble free.
