My rented property has been managed by Martin and Co for nearly a year now. They have fixed every issue I've ever had and have been quick to respond to my emails. All of my querys and issues have been dealt by one representive, Rachael, who has been great, speedy in replying, nice and efficient. The third party companies they use to fix flat issues (plumbers, electricians etc) have all been good as well. Friendly and competent. No issues at all.

I was extremely satisfied with the service provided by Martin & Co. Especially with Rachael Irvine, of whom which I corresponded with the most during my tenancy. Every email I have sent has been responded to within a quick time-frame and any issue that has ever arose has been dealt with quickly and efficiently. I have previously been involved with a different agency which has left a sour taste in my mouth, corresponding with Martin & Co. was a breath of fresh air, especially how stress-free it was for me. If it wasn't for a personal reason for moving out, I would continue with my tenancy. I will definitely recommend the agency if an opportunity ever arises.
