Excellent service, friendly and helpful people. Moving to Aberdeen and finding a flat thanks to them was quite easy, plus they are always quick at replying to emails and dealing with whatever issue. Shoutout to Caroline, Calum and Adam for the great work. Highly recommend them.

Best estate agents I have used. Always quick with responses and clear in emails. The flat I rented is beautiful and is checked regularly to maintain standards. Always give me text warnings whenever anything is due and with plenty notice. Fixed the boiler as quickly as possible over the christmas period

With working along side Martin and Co for nearly over 5 years we have seen their professionalism first hand dealing with boiler breakdowns, repairs and compliance. They are very quick at sending details through so our engineers can attend as soon as we can arrange access. Would highly recommend.

So far so good! The team have all been really helpful, in particular Adam, who always replies to my emails promptly and was very supportive when there were technical issues during the referencing process. I have not moved in yet but they seem a lot better than some letting agents I have dealt with as a student! My only criticism is the that the referencing process seems quite automated and not very user friendly but as I said the team were always on hand to assist during this time :)
