Had an extremely streamlined process letting with Martin & Co, taking only a couple of weeks from viewing the flat to moving in. As someone completely new to the city, they were very accommodating to travel needs during the move and endeavoured to make things as painless as possible. Staff were incredibly friendly and always happy to help in a very timely manner whenever I had any inquiries. I did have one minor hiccup, which was some small ambiguities in the emails from LettingsHub who handled some things behind the scenes for Martin & Co I believe. However, these were predominantly misunderstandings due to inexperience on my part and were quickly cleared up by the knowledgeable staff with a simple phone call. All in all, they've made a daunting move relatively straightforward for me, and for that I can't thank them enough.

My rented property has been managed by Martin and Co for nearly a year now. They have fixed every issue I've ever had and have been quick to respond to my emails. All of my querys and issues have been dealt by one representive, Rachael, who has been great, speedy in replying, nice and efficient. The third party companies they use to fix flat issues (plumbers, electricians etc) have all been good as well. Friendly and competent. No issues at all.

Every email I have sent has been responded to within a quick time-frame and any issue that has ever arose has been dealt with quickly and efficiently. I have previously been involved with a different agency which has left a sour taste in my mouth, corresponding with Martin & Co. was a breath of fresh air, especially how stress-free it was for me.
