This would have been my second time dealing with Martin & Co. Their service has always been great. The first time, dealing with Maxine was great and most recently with Adam, equally great. The do make the process of getting into a property easier - as oppose to some other letting agencies. I’m very pleased.

They were so easy to communicate with, all very professional, knowledgeable and helpful, and we were kept regularly updated with progress of leasing our property. Very professional and excellent service!

This is the most horrific letting agency I have ever been with. The final straw for me was being accused of being 'aggressive' and 'verbally abusive' after asking contractors to leave my property after they entered at the request of the letting agency with no PPE or any awareness that we were in the middle of a pandemic. The work they were carrying out was not even an emergency as they knew about the issue before I even moved in but didn't bother to do anything about it until the landlord from the flat downstairs was threatening to turn my water off. So why the five stars? This rating is in no way a reflection of the company as a whole as I would give them zero. The five star rating is for Adam and only Adam. He has been absolutely amazing cleaning up the mess left by the rest of the company. He is the only person with any sense at this letting agency. If you are unfortunate enough to have to deal with them then ask to speak to Adam. I was left feeling like everyone was against me until I spoke to him. He has helped sort out my deposit and has been so kind to me. He has been so willing to assist me with any problems I've had including the stress caused by this company. He is an absolute gem. I can't praise Adam enough.

Seemed to be the most responsive letting agency we tried. We have had no problems so far and everything has been relatively straightforward from Martin and Co's end. Adam Morrow, the property manager has been very helpful during the whole process. Thank you for getting us moved in during these strange and unusual times.

Really friendly and helpful when seeking to rent a property

My partner and I used this service to rent our two bed flat in the west end. I dealt with Maxine and Eduardo. Both have been very professional and responsive. We decided to pay slightly extra to get the virtual tour done plus professional photos and I am so glad we did as we had an rental offer in just two days of the advert going up! I HIGHLY recommend going the extra mile and getting this done as gives potential tenants the opportunity to view the full house from top to bottom any time of the day.PositiveResponsiveness
