I would rate them more than 5 star if possible. Myself and my partner recently acquired our first property to rent through Martin and Co. They made they initial viewing, process of moving in and aftercare everything we hoped for. It was such a pleasure, rather than a stressful time that could be associated with moving. They were absolutely top notch with support, going above and beyond to help myself and my partner settle in the best we could. I can confidently say I highly recommend Martin and Co.

I moved into my flat in August 2019 from the south of England and felt very supported by Martin and Co. When I arrived to the city I visited their offices (ahh pre-COVID days!) and spoke to Adam who had been very responsive in emails. Collecting keys and signing the paperwork was very straight forward and they even gave me a bottle of wine! When I moved in there were a few issues and points to add to the inventory but that was handled very quickly. I had no problems with the property or the agency they have been nothing but helpful. I gave notice to move out in August 2020 due to personal circumstances and again this was handled very well and I was given all the checkout information I would need. I can say that I am sad to leave Martin & Co because it can be very difficult to find a good letting agency particularly if you are in your mid-20s and have recently finished education but I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Signing a tenancy through Martin and Co was a very enjoyable experience. Stephen was polite and professional, and got the whole process through in rapid time. There were no problems when dealing with them, being accommodating and easy to contact. By far the best letting agent I have dealt with since living in Aberdeen and I would recommend their services.
